Registration will open on April 25 from 7:30 - 9:00 p.m. and April 26 from 7:30 - 9:30 a.m.
Conference opens on April 26 at 8:30 a.m. and concludes on April 28 at 3:00 p.m.
LIMITED ADMISSION FOR THE ADVANCED EXAMINER™ HANDS-ON TRAINING
Only $50/attendee. Training will be held on April 25 from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.

MEALS
Your registration includes continental breakfast and lunch on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Banquet reception held on
Thursday
night with entertainment. Other meals are the responsibility of the attendee.

PEARLS PRESENTATION IN POSTER SESSION FORMAT
Share your ideas with others through a poster presentation. The American Society of Health Systems Pharmacists format will be used. Please
indicate on the Registration Form if you are planning a display.

TRANSPORTATION
The Lincolnshire Marriott Resort is located 18 miles from the Chicago O'Hare Airport.
Rental Cars may be obtained at the airport if you wish a car for personal use.
Taxi Service from the airport to the hotel is available for approximately $50 one way.
Shuttle Service is available through "Your Private Limousine" for $29/person one way. Contact the shuttle service
directly at 888-633-5466 to reserve your transportation. Reservations required at least one week prior.
