MedSelect Inc. Signs Contract with the United States Government to Provide Automated Pharmaceutical and Supply Dispensing Equipment to Federal Healthcare Facilities

Atlanta, GA. (Aug. 1, 2003)--  MedSelect Inc., an industry leader in automated pharmaceutical and supply dispensing systems, has been awarded a contract with the United States Government to provide automated pharmaceutical and supply dispensing equipment to Federal healthcare facilities. Under the new agreement, MedSelect will offer its patented MedSelect® Rx and SupplySource® product lines through the Federal Supply Schedule as an authorized vendor.

Rasmussen said the agreement will run July 7, 2003 through July 6, 2008, and that all Federal healthcare facilities are eligible to access the contract including the Veterans Administration (VA), and the Department of Defense (DOD). "The Federal Supply Schedule represents a unique opportunity for MedSelect Inc. to expand its business in the 48 States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico."
