On-line Technical Support
Currently, customers are able to submit a form on-line indicating what type of problem they are having with their system. They will be guaranteed
a response by the end of the business day. MedSelect is currently implementing a Knowledge Base Support system which will not only allow
customers to submit their problem calls, but they will be able to track the progress/status of their call real-time, and they will be
able to access a knowledge base to seek answers and troubleshooting guideliens to common questions. MedSelect will anounce in MedSelect News when this service will become available.
Support Solutions
To our valued customers, MedSelect will publish a "Most Frequently Asked Questions" section which will detail answers to the most common
questions/problems that are customers have. In addition, it will serve as a forum for users to share ideas and solutions with other MedSelect customers.
MedSelect also maintains
a MedSelect Advisory Committee (MAC) Users Group.
Registered MAC Users can access The COIL, the online resource for MedSelect customers
to share ideas with other customers, as well as interact with the MedSelect development group and exchange ideas on product improvements.
